Supervisor

As a Supervisor at KIKO Milano, you are a brand ambassador, people leader, and commercial driver. You partner closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and lead a high‑performing, engaged team. You play a pivotal role in translating KIKO’s brand vision into daily store excellence — coaching the team, driving KPIs, and taking full ownership of store performance in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about beauty, retail performance, and developing others.
