- Conduct and support security self-inspections, internal audits, physical security assessments, vulnerability assessments, and corrective-action activities.
- Investigate security incidents, violations, suspicious activity, and potential compromises; document findings and recommend corrective actions or risk-mitigation measures to the FSO and appropriate management.
- Develop, implement, and administer the organization's OPSEC program, including identification of critical information, vulnerabilities, threats, and appropriate countermeasures.
- Support the organization's Insider Threat Program, including required reporting, employee awareness, information sharing, and coordination with the Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO).

- Maintain accurate security records, visitor logs, training documentation, clearance records, incident documentation, inspection records, and other required security documentation.
- Identify security deficiencies and emerging risks that could affect personnel, facilities, classified information, contractual requirements, or business operations and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Interface professionally with employees, leadership, government customers, DCSA representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Provide security support during exercises, inspections, government assessments, customer reviews, and other security-related activities.
