Sr. Manager (Software Systems Engineering)

Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager (Software Systems Engineering) based in the United States. We are seeking an accomplished Software Systems Engineering leader to oversee the development, integration, and verification of advanced satellite and aerospace systems. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across the complete systems development lifecycle, from initial requirements definition and architectural design to testing, delivery, and on-orbit support. You will provide technical direction, manage complex engineering challenges, and ensure that software and system-level requirements are effectively implemented and validated. Working closely with program managers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will drive multiple concurrent programs while strengthening engineering processes and technical capabilities. You will also contribute to product development roadmaps and future business opportunities.
