Account Executive, Home Health

Marketing Manager – Home Health Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana Schedule: Full-time Build trusted connections. Help more people receive care at home. BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a relationship-focused Marketing Manager to grow our home health presence in Fort Wayne and surrounding communities. In this community-facing role, you’ll build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and local organizations, connect people with home health services, and help make BAYADA a trusted provider and employer in the area. What you’ll do - Build and grow relationships with new and existing referral sources, community agencies, professional and civic organizations, and local business networks. - Represent BAYADA and promote our home health services throughout the Fort Wayne community. - Plan, participate in, and follow through on community events, such as health fairs and screenings. - Stay informed about local events and opportunities to introduce the community to BAYADA’s services. - Partner with the Area Sales Director to develop marketing goals, strategy, and plans, and review progress regularly. - Track marketing activity and relationship-building efforts, maintain accurate contact information, and use results to guide follow-up. - Monitor referral and admission trends, identify opportunities for growth, and adjust outreach in collaboration with the area team. - Help position BAYADA as a provider and employer of choice while demonstrating compassion, excellence, and reliability in your work. What you’ll bring - A four-year college degree. - At least two years of healthcare experience; sales experience in healthcare is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain productive relationships. - A demonstrated ability to set goals, follow through, and achieve results. - Initiative and a record of taking on additional responsibility successfully. - Comfort using standard computer applications and keeping activity and contact information organized. - The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. - A commitment to compassionate, reliable, high-quality service and the values of The BAYADA Way.
