Location Details: Remote - United States At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely. This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands. GoDaddy is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC. Join our team We're hiring a Senior Manager of Product Partnerships to own partnerships that are built into the product, not bolted on beside it. This role sits in the Partnerships org but works shoulder-to-shoulder with Product: you'll determine which integrations get built, why they matter to customers, and how they come to life with partners. Think MCP integrations with LLM platforms and agent ecosystems, and deep integrations with payment processors — partnerships where the product experience itself is the deal. What you'll get to do... - Own a portfolio of product-led partnerships end to end: strategy, partner selection, deal structure, joint roadmap, launch, and ongoing growth. - Drive MCP and AI-agent integrations with LLM platforms — defining how GoDaddy's products show up inside agent-driven experiences, and what those partners need from us to make it work. - Build and deepen partnerships with payment processors, aligning product capabilities, commercial terms, and go-to-market so the integration actually gets adopted. - Be the bridge: one foot in the internal Product org (roadmaps, prioritization, technical trade-offs) and one foot with the partner (their roadmap, their constraints, their customers). - Lead technical discovery with partners alongside Product and Engineering — APIs, data flows, auth, and edge cases - and turn it into a clear integration plan both sides can commit to. - Define success for each partnership (adoption, revenue, customer outcomes) and run the operating rhythm to hit it: QBRs, joint planning, bring up blockers when things stall. - Build the internal case for partnerships: reason, competitive rationale, and resourcing asks that Product leadership can say yes to. Your experience should include... - 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or product management, with a track record of shipping partner-built product integrations — not just signed deals. - Technical fluency: you can hold your own in an API and architecture conversation, and you understand the agent/AI ecosystem (MCP, LLM platforms, agentic workflows) well enough to spot real opportunities and real risks. - Payments or commerce experience — you've worked with payment processors, or integrated payments into a product, and understand the commercial and compliance contours. - A dual-track working style: credible with senior partner executives and equally comfortable in a Product planning meeting. - Strong deal instincts: structuring terms that protect the customer experience while making the economics work for both sides. - Excellent cross-functional leadership — you get things done through Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing without owning any of them. You might also have... - Experience with agent platforms, identity/auth ecosystems, or developer-platform partnerships. - Familiarity with the small-business and creator software landscape. - Experience scaling a partnership from first integration to a material revenue or adoption line. We encourage you to apply even if your experience or skillset doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement. We value a wide range of backgrounds and transferable skills, and we are excited to support learning and growth. About us...
