Programmer Analyst – Oracle E-Business Suite

The Employee will help our organization to identify and bridge the gap that exists in the business by analyzing the data, scale and support digital transformation initiatives. We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Programmer Analyst to join a team supporting HR and Financial Oracle EBS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS 12.2+, system analysis, application development, and database solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Oracle EBS applications. - Gather and analyze business requirements. - Design, develop, test, debug, and implement application solutions. - Perform production support, system administration, and maintenance. - Execute unit, system, and user acceptance testing. - Prepare technical documentation and standard operating procedures. - Collaborate with Agile development teams and business stakeholders. - 8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 or above in Linux environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). - Strong experience with Oracle EBS Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Purchasing modules. - Experience with iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules. - Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL. - Extensive experience in systems analysis and design. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications.Preferred Skills: - Azure DevOps. - VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial systems. - Power BI Paginated Reports, Power BI Desktop, and Dashboards. - Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR - Master's degree with 8+ years of experience. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in banking or financial services. - Experience with large-scale Finance Transformation programs. - Experience integrating multiple source systems with Oracle Accounting Hub. - Knowledge of regulatory, audit, and SOX compliance requirements. - Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations.Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid – Local Candidates Only) - Work Authorization: US Citizens and Green Card Holders Only
