Embedded Systems - Application Engineer

Scope: Full Time | Employed Model: Hybrid Location: Herzliya Description: Join a team developing advanced semiconductor and embedded systems solutions for global technology customers. This role combines customer-facing technical support, hardware design expertise, and hands-on debugging to help bring complex products from concept to production. Responsibilities - Guide customers through the design, integration, validation, and production phases of hardware and embedded systems - Investigate and resolve hardware-related technical issues and escalations - Work closely with engineering, product, and system teams to develop solutions, implement features, and address customer requirements - Lead complex debug and root-cause analysis activities involving hardware, firmware, and system-level interactions - Develop expertise in customer applications and provide technical recommendations on system architecture and design approaches - Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, reference designs, and design guidelines - Collect customer feedback and contribute to future product definitions and roadmap planning
