Product Manager - Administration & Governance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager – Administration & Governance based in Brazil. We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to shape how organizations adopt and manage a shared development platform across their teams. The role focuses on making it easy for employees and AI agents to start building software independently, while giving IT, security, and platform teams the visibility and governance they need. You’ll define the product strategy for enterprise administration, helping organizations move from individual projects to coordinated, company-wide adoption. This includes designing intuitive self-service experiences alongside practical controls for identity, permissions, ownership, auditing, and spending. You’ll guide the journey from early experimentation to production applications, ensuring governance evolves as projects become more business-critical. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success, you’ll turn customer needs into scalable product experiences in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.
