Client Account Manager

The Client Account Manager will serve as a trusted strategic partner to a portfolio of high-value clients, helping them achieve their business objectives through effective use of financial wellness solutions. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their priorities, and develop tailored strategies to improve product adoption and account growth. The role combines relationship management, commercial development, and problem-solving, with ownership of client satisfaction and long-term retention. You will lead business reviews, identify opportunities to increase account value, and coordinate internal teams to resolve complex challenges. By sharing client insights and contributing to process improvements, you will help shape the overall customer experience.
