AWS Connect Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AWS Connect Developer based in the United States. As an AWS Connect Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions supporting a federal civilian agency. You will leverage Amazon Connect and AWS serverless technologies to build scalable, secure, and reliable customer interaction platforms. Your work will include developing advanced IVR workflows, Python-based Lambda functions, and secure API integrations that connect contact center services with enterprise applications and data systems. You will also automate infrastructure provisioning and software delivery using Terraform and GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Collaborating with technical stakeholders, you will troubleshoot complex issues, optimize platform performance, and ensure compliance with security requirements.
