Position Summary: The Salesforce Developer (CPQ & Revenue Cloud Focus) will own Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, pricing, quoting, and revenue automation workstreams for Open Systems. The role will design, build, optimize, and support the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes that underpin Open Systems' pricing, product catalogue, discounting, approvals, subscriptions, contract lifecycle, renewals, billing readiness, and revenue management capabilities. This individual will work alongside a Core Platform-focused Salesforce Developer and play a key role in the Salesforce migration and transformation program, particularly the pricing, quoting, subscription management, and Revenue Cloud components of the solution. The role will be responsible for configuring and developing scalable Revenue Cloud and CPQ solutions, supporting integrations, and ensuring alignment with future-state business processes and revenue operations objectives. Strategic Responsibilities CPQ & Revenue Automation: • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud configurations, including products, pricing, bundles, subscription offerings, discount schedules, and product catalogues. • Develop and optimize Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, including quoting workflows, approvals, contracting, subscriptions, amendments, renewals, and revenue-related automation. • Support CTNG migration workstreams involving pricing, quoting, contract lifecycle management, subscriptions, and revenue operations. • Deliver CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and other Salesforce platform capabilities. • Ensure CPQ and Revenue Cloud configurations are scalable, maintainable, secure, and performant as business and pricing complexity grows. • Establish CPQ and Revenue Cloud development standards, governance practices, and solution design best practices. • Configure and support subscription lifecycle management, including new sales, amendments, renewals, co- termination, and pricing adjustments. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate commercial and operational requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. • Support integrations between Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, ERP, billing, finance, and other enterprise systems. • Create and maintain technical documentation, pricing logic, solution designs, configuration standards, and operational procedures. • Contribute to release planning, deployment activities, Agile/Scrum delivery processes, and the creation of technical and solution documentation. • Partner with external vendors and implementation partners during migration, delivery, and knowledge- transfer activities. • Participate in code reviews, solution reviews, and architecture discussions for CPQ and Revenue Cloud workstreams. • Assess technical debt and define remediation plans to improve platform stability, maintainability, and performance. • Identify opportunities to automate pricing, quoting, contracting, subscription management, and approval processes. • Evaluate emerging Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and AI-driven revenue automation capabilities and provide recommendations for adoption. • Support strategic platform modernization initiatives related to Quote-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, and recurring revenue managem Experience & Qualifications Required: - 6 - 8 years Salesforce development experience, with meaningful hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience. - Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ — product/price rules, bundles, discount schedules, approval workflows. - Strong hands-on expertise in Apex. - Working expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flow. - Proven experience supporting enterprise Quote-to-Cash implementations. - Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization. - Proven experience supporting enterprise Quote-to-Cash implementations. - Ability to troubleshoot complex pricing, configuration, quoting, and contracting issues. - Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with downstream business systems. Preferred - Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification. - Platform Developer I Certification. - Experience working in SaaS or subscription business environments. - Exposure to Revenue Operations and billing/invoicing ecosystems.
