As dynamic Engineer Technician Manufacturing you are the electro-technical support of production. Your focus is to NPI (new product introduction) and repair. Your purpose is alignment with R&D around problem escalation and root-cause investigation in case of technical issues. Your responsibilities:
- Build and support prototype assemblies in manufacturing.
- Load software/firmware, start-up and test the first prototype units.
- Debug and repair during prototype phase.
- Act as first line support towards production repair team.
- Support the PQM analysis.
- Fall-off analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare documentation, configuration and instructions in electro-technical field.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to resolve issues.
- Report to the NPI & Industrialization supervisor.
