In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we grow together — as individuals and as a team.   Your Main Responsibilities Manage and scale strategic Beauty and Cosmetics brand partners and distributors in Saudi Arabia. Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential beauty brands and sellers aligned with marketplace priorities. Own account performance and identify key levers to drive GMV growth, assortment expansion, and overall commercial results. Build strong, long-term relationships with key beauty brand principals and lead high-level commercial negotiations. Identify assortment and trending product gaps using beauty market trends and competitor insights. Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) and co-marketing campaigns with key beauty partners. Collaborate closely with Category, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and support sustainable partner growth.
