Guest Relations Agent - Fairmont The Red Sea (Saudi National)

Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, positioned in the kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project, will provide visitors access to two nature-focused resorts. With 361 rooms, 11 distinct dining concepts, including overwater restaurant with views of the Red Sea and the mangroves, and a Spa. - Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure. - Act as a key point of contact in the lobby, assisting guests with inquiries, directions, hotel information, and local recommendations. - Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to create memorable experiences. - Escort VIPs, long-stay guests, and special occasion guests when required. - Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to proactively engage with guests. - Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other requests. - Support service recovery efforts by promptly addressing guest concerns and ensuring timely resolution. - Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, wellness offerings, and special events. - Diploma and Degree from preferably hospitality or related field. - Minimum 1 year relevant experience. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Possesses strong interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of ultra-luxury wellness concepts and brand alignment. - Experience in pre-opening operations, project coordination, and setup of wellness facilities is highly preferred. - Ability to create innovative and culturally relevant wellness experiences aligned with the Red Sea destination. - A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. - Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.
