About the role

About the Team As a Collection Supervisor at RAB, you'll own how we recover what drivers owe — outstanding rental fees, Own Risk charges, and ETLE fines while keeping good drivers on the road. You'll lead the collection team, set the strategy from early reminders to repossession, and make sure every payment is recorded correctly in our systems. Your results will show directly in lower outstanding balances, faster recovery, and healthier cash flow. You'll work closely with Business Operations & Process Control, Finance, Vehicle Ops, and the Driver Support team.
