GCM understands the challenges companies face when it comes to the skills and experience needed to fill the void of the day to day function.  Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job.  Sr. Android Developer needs 5+ years of experience with Android, Java and UI design principles, patterns, and best practices- Hands-on experience using Android SDK and Android Studio.- Sr. Android Developer requires: - Hands-on experience with Web Services, SOAP, REST , JQuery and JSON to connect mobile apps to back-end services- Hands-on experience with the build tool Gradle - 8 or more years of experience with Android, Java, Java Script and UI design principles, patterns, and best practices- Familiar with agile/waterfall development practices- Proficient with common Android Framework API's (WebViews,Location, Camera, Notifications, Maps and etc) - Maven - Test Driven Development (TDD) - UI - OO languages/frameworks is a plus - Android Framework API's (WebViews,Location, Camera, Notifications, Maps and etc) - Agile/Waterfall Sr. Android Developer duties: - Work closely with development, product management, and QA teams to design and develop Android applications- - Develop and perform unit testing of software; prototype solutions, as needed- Document work to allow for seamless hand-off to other teams- - Build scalable and fault-tolerant solutions- Integrate with overlapping cross-functional teams $77/hr 6 MONTHS+
