People Operations Professional (f/m/x)

Join us and drive the energy revolution  We are looking for an empathetic People Operations Professional (f/m/x), ideally with a background in start-up or scale-up environments. The focus of this role is to provide an excellent internal support across all HR/People and payroll matters. This is a fixed-term parental leave cover position until September 2028, starting in January 2027. Support our enspis and manage their data  This is a support role where you can build on your existing expertise. As part of our handpicked team of experts, you play an integral role in the following areas: - Providing administrative support, creating and maintaining employee records and documents, - Taking ownership of payroll administration, working with our external partners in eight different countries, - Helping to maintain the internal HRMS databases across all locations, - Taking ownership of the central People inbox and being the first point of contact for all HR matters and inquiries, - Supporting compliance matters and document administration in line with local labour laws - Supporting the entire employee life cycle by improving automation and fostering a positive experience at every stage, - Collaborating across departments to support employee engagement.
