About us: - Raised $8.5M in seed funding from Quiet Capital, Susa Ventures, Neo. - We’ve partnered with 50+ providers across 8 states to deliver care to over 5,000 patients at full capacity. - We've stood up legal infrastructure to operate compliantly in all 50 states. - Our CEO, Tienlan, was sponsored by Masayoshi Son to do frontier health AI research at Berkeley. Role - Work directly with the CEO to build the core clinical platform and agents from scratch. - Extreme independence and ownership of product direction. - Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance. Qualifications - Hands-on senior IC who's built products that got real traction or scaled meaningful systems. - Full-stack depth across backend, databases, security, and ideally infrastructure (AWS is a plus). - Comfortable deploying LLMs in production: testing, diagnostics, and continuous monitoring. - Lives to build: side projects, open-source, startups. - We value humility, hunger, and intelligence.
