Senior Business Analyst (PL797)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis initiatives and drive process improvements for our client in a consulting capacity. This role involves partnering with senior stakeholders, mentoring junior analysts, and ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective solutions that support organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities - Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements from senior stakeholders. - Conduct thorough business process reviews and recommend innovative solutions for optimization. - Develop comprehensive functional specifications, business cases, and process flows for proposed solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and executive management, to ensure successful project delivery. - Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements. - Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate defect resolution, and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Prepare and maintain clear, detailed documentation, including requirements, process maps, and training materials. - Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering best practices in business analysis and project execution. - Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, recommending further enhancements as needed. - Act as a subject matter expert in business analysis and process improvement methodologies.
