System Administrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a System Administrator based in the United States. We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to support and maintain a federal agency's on-premises IT infrastructure. In this fully remote role, you will oversee enterprise Windows Server environments, ensuring their stability, security, and performance. You will play a key role in server administration, vulnerability management, patching, backups, and incident response. Working closely with infrastructure and security teams, you will help strengthen operational resilience and maintain compliance with federal security requirements. You will also contribute to infrastructure modernization initiatives, technical documentation, and continuous security improvements.
