Sr. Researcher Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Researcher Analyst based in the United States. The Senior Researcher Analyst will support federal government clients through policy research, advanced analytics, and technical assistance focused on healthcare programs. This role centers on Medicaid and CHIP eligibility, enrollment, retention, and access, with particular emphasis on performance indicators and emerging policy requirements. You will interpret complex quantitative and qualitative data, translate legislative and operational guidance into actionable recommendations, and help stakeholders improve program outcomes. Acting as a key communications and technical assistance resource, you will work closely with government clients, states, partners, and multidisciplinary teams. The position combines research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and reporting in an agile, collaborative environment.
