Sr. Manager, Learning Design & Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead and evolve a team of learning design professionals responsible for creating impactful, scalable digital learning experiences. In this strategic leadership role, you will establish learning design standards, strengthen operational processes, and ensure educational content meets high pedagogical standards. You will guide a growing team while collaborating with global partners, content creators, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Using learner insights, performance data, and experimentation, you will continuously improve content quality, engagement, and learning outcomes. You will also drive innovation through AI-enabled technologies and new content development models, with a particular focus on APAC partnerships and global audiences.
