Sr. Manager of IT & Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager of IT & Operations based in the United States. The Sr. Manager of IT & Operations will own and continuously improve the internal technology environment of a growing, fully remote organization. This hands-on leadership role combines day-to-day IT operations with strategic planning, systems administration, security, and process automation. You will oversee the corporate technology stack, ensuring systems remain reliable, secure, cost-effective, and easy for employees to use. Working closely with executive leadership and department heads, you will deliver technology improvements that support business growth and operational efficiency. The role also includes strengthening security and compliance practices, particularly around SOC 2 controls and the responsible adoption of AI tools.
