Why This Role Matters Our client relies on automation to keep critical business processes running around the clock. As UiPath Lead Developer, you will own the automation estate end to end and lead a team of three offshore developers who provide 24-hour support five days a week. You will be the senior technical anchor in Canada, giving the team structure, standards and clear direction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build and deployment of UiPath automations from requirements to production - Lead and mentor three offshore developers working across rotating support shifts - Administer UiPath Orchestrator, including queues, schedules, assets and robot management - Own production support through incident triage, root cause analysis and fixes - Set development standards, conduct code reviews and maintain support runbooks - Coordinate shift handovers to keep support continuous across time zones - Work with business stakeholders to identify, assess and prioritise new automation opportunities
