Senior TA Operations Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior TA Operations Specialist based in the United States. As a Senior TA Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and supporting the technology and processes that power Talent Acquisition operations. You will contribute to the implementation and testing of Workday for Talent Acquisition, ensuring a smooth transition and effective adoption across recruiting teams. You will also provide operational support for core recruiting platforms, including Greenhouse and ChartHop, resolving technical issues and improving system reliability. Working closely with recruiters, coordinators, project teams, and business stakeholders, you will identify process gaps and implement practical solutions. Beyond day-to-day troubleshooting, you will drive continuous improvement through process optimization, documentation, and training.
