Senior Proposal Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist based in the United States. The Senior Proposal Specialist will manage the end-to-end response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other customer-facing questionnaires that support business development and client retention. Working within the Growth team, this role will coordinate closely with Sales, Solutions, Product, Clinical, Legal, Information Security, Compliance, and other subject-matter experts. The successful candidate will turn complex requirements and internal source materials into clear, accurate, and compelling responses. They will also oversee security assessments, compliance questionnaires, and customer due diligence requests. This hands-on position combines project management, strong writing skills, stakeholder coordination, and the effective use of AI-enabled tools. It offers an opportunity to improve and scale proposal operations in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare technology environment.
