As Senior Director, Digital Innovation, you will shape and lead the digital transformation strategy of a growing biopharmaceutical organization preparing for future commercialization. Acting as a strategic bridge between technology and business teams, you will identify opportunities to leverage digital platforms, data, automation, and artificial intelligence to drive meaningful business outcomes. You will define a multi-year digital roadmap aligned with corporate growth objectives, launch readiness, and evolving operational needs. Working closely with senior leaders across Clinical, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Finance, and Enterprise Technology, you will translate complex business challenges into scalable digital solutions. You will also establish the governance, partnerships, and operating models needed to support responsible innovation.
