Senior Certification Content Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Certification Content Developer based in India. As a Senior Certification Content Developer, you will play a key role in redesigning and rebuilding professional certification exams and practice tests aligned with an updated, unified learning platform architecture. This is a three-month contract offering a focused opportunity to contribute your expertise in assessment design, certification development, and learning technology. You will work on nine administrator role-based certification exams, ensuring that assessment content accurately reflects current platform capabilities and professional competencies. Collaborating with certification specialists and subject matter experts, you will develop high-quality, technically accurate, and reliable assessments. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand's unified architecture, combined with excellent content development and quality assurance skills. You will work remotely from India, following UK or US business hours, in a collaborative and delivery-focused environment.
