Outbound Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Outbound Recruiter based in India. As an Outbound Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent across diverse business functions and specialized skill areas. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both domestic and international markets, focusing particularly on lateral hiring and hard-to-find profiles. Your mission will go beyond reviewing applications, requiring you to proactively identify passive candidates, build strategic talent pipelines, and engage professionals who may not be actively seeking new opportunities. You will recruit across areas such as Business Operations, Administration, Accounting, Finance, AI, Automation, and technology-driven roles. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will develop targeted sourcing strategies and ensure candidates meet both technical and organizational requirements.
