Middle Legal Counsel

As a Middle Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support across commercial agreements, intellectual property, corporate compliance, and employment-related matters. You will work closely with internal teams and international partners to negotiate contracts, manage legal risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. A significant part of your role will involve protecting intellectual property rights across mobile gaming platforms and international markets. You will also oversee specific Ukrainian regulatory requirements, including Diia City residency, employee reservation procedures, and military registration obligations.
