Manager, Talent Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Talent Operations based in the United States. The Manager, Talent Operations will lead the evolution of a global recruiting operations function, using AI, automation, and technology to make hiring more efficient and scalable. You will own the recruiting technology ecosystem, optimize workflows, and identify opportunities to eliminate manual work through smarter systems and integrations. This role combines hands-on operational ownership with people leadership, managing a small team of Talent Operations Coordinators supporting hiring across multiple countries. You will also build a strong data-driven approach to recruiting, ensuring teams have accurate reporting and actionable insights. Working closely with People, Legal, Finance, Compensation, and IT, you will help create consistent, compliant hiring processes worldwide. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about turning new ideas and technology into measurable results.
