HVAC Construction Project Manager - Data Centers

Our partner is looking for an HVAC Construction Project Manager – Data Centers based in the United States. As an HVAC Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of field operations and mission-critical infrastructure projects across multiple data center sites. You will manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and client relationships, ensuring that commissioning, startup, and service activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. Working closely with field teams, dispatch, operations, and billing, you will play a central role in coordinating complex projects in a fast-growing technical environment. You will drive operational performance, optimize resource allocation, and maintain strong financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the development and reliability of critical digital infrastructure. It is a remote opportunity requiring regular coordination with distributed teams and travel as needed.
