Head of Brand

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Brand based in Spain. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Brand to establish a distinctive identity in the rapidly emerging AI employee category. You will own the complete brand vision, from visual identity and messaging to creative direction and high-impact campaigns. Your mission will be to make the product recognizable, compelling, and meaningfully differentiated from much larger competitors. You will shape a narrative that presents AI as a capable, approachable colleague while building the team and creative capabilities needed to bring that vision to life. Working closely with the CMO, you will have significant ownership and the freedom to make decisions, experiment, and move quickly. This is an opportunity to build a category-defining brand within a fast-growing technology environment.
