This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in United States. As Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and driving sustainable growth for a growing, private equity-backed services business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will join the executive leadership team and oversee finance, human resources and recruiting, and acquisitions. This is a strategic leadership opportunity focused on maximizing profitability, improving operational efficiency, and increasing enterprise value. You will lead financial planning and analysis, leverage AI-powered tools and automation, and translate business data into actionable insights. Working closely with operational leaders, you will help optimize labor costs, strengthen workforce management, and guide acquisition strategies and integration initiatives.
