FP&A Senior Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an FP&A Senior Manager based in the United States. As FP&A Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, business performance, and sustainable growth within a rapidly expanding, private equity-backed organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will have significant exposure to executive leadership and private equity investors while supporting the company's ambitious growth objectives from $150M to $250M and beyond. You will take ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and advanced business analytics, helping transform financial data into actionable insights. Working closely with sales, operations, project management, and finance teams, you will identify performance drivers, improve profitability, and strengthen financial visibility across multiple business units. You will also contribute to acquisition analysis and integration initiatives while introducing modern technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance financial processes.
