Director, Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources will lead the HR Operations function, shaping people strategy and delivering scalable HR solutions within a growing, multi-state organization. This senior leadership position oversees HR operations, compensation and benefits, HR business partnering, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with executive leadership, the Director will drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
