Commercial Counsel, Advertising

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Commercial Counsel, Advertising based in the United States. The Commercial Counsel, Advertising will provide strategic legal support for a growing digital advertising business within a consumer technology environment. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements across programmatic, direct, and self-service advertising services. You will work closely with teams spanning Ads, Sales, Finance, Product, Privacy, Engineering, and Marketing to enable business growth while managing legal and regulatory risk. The position offers the opportunity to shape advertising contract strategy, develop scalable legal processes, and support evolving ad tech initiatives. You will also help ensure that commercial agreements reflect product capabilities and responsible data practices. Reporting to senior legal leadership, you will join a collaborative, cross-functional legal team in a remote-first organization.
