Assurance Acquisition & Integration Director

Our partner is looking for an Assurance Acquisition & Integration Director based in the United States. The Assurance Acquisition & Integration Director will lead the evaluation and integration of acquired assurance practices, ensuring a consistent and effective transition into a broader professional services organization. Reporting to the Managing Partner of National Assurance Operations, this strategic leadership role oversees due diligence, operational assessments, risk evaluation, and post-acquisition integration planning. You will work closely with national and regional assurance leaders, acquired firm teams, and cross-functional departments to identify gaps and coordinate solutions. The position combines technical assurance expertise with project leadership, change management, and workforce planning. You will also drive the adoption of shared methodologies, technologies, policies, and quality standards across newly integrated practices.
