Reporting to the Group IT Infrastructure Manager, the Group IT Infrastructure Specialist manages and supports the deployment and maintenance of the Group's IT tools and infrastructure. They also contribute to the Group's various IT projects. GENERAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION : PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Contribute to Group level infrastucture project : - Infrastructure improvement - Contribute to project implementation - Ensure end-users communication - Ensure infrastructure enhancement - Manage move to cloud of infrastructure - Obscolescence management - Keeping a technological watch - Improve computing deployment methodTOOL MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION - Interfacing with regional IT teams and external suppliers - Manage communication tools : Office 365, Skype, SharePoint… - Manage groupe infrastructure tools : Azure, Intune, Active Directory… - Manage monitoring ans security : (ATP, Data Protection, AntiVirus…)SUPPORT - Be the point of contact with IT regional Managers. (Americas, Asia, Continental Europe and WEMEA) - Ensure level 3 support of group Infrastructure. - Ensure technical expertise for TRIGO regional solutions. - Interfacing between application owner and suppliers support for technical investigation - Follow issue investigation, redact and communicate the remediation plan. - Open and follow suppliers support case if applicable. - Organize communication of functional and technical enhancement - Manage technical documentation (Technical guidance document, user and admin guide, procedure, rules…)  - WORKING CONDITIONS :REPORTING AND COMMUNICATION - Ensure regular reporting on the progress of assigned projects - Provide information as soon as major incidents occurs and in the event of deviations in management of day-to-day operations. - Provide information as soon as major incidents occur, and in the event of deviations in the management of day-to-day operations..AUTONOMY & RESPONSABILITY : - Meet project deadlines - Monitor technological developments in your field of activity.QUALITY MANAGEMENT : -  Apply the procedures defined in the QMS (Quality Mnagement System) - Apply ITIL best practice  ACTIVITY RELATIONSHIP : Internal relationship : - IT and IS Team members (Program Manager, Project manager, Software architect, Flow Architect, Technician…) - Digital team membersExternal relationship : - External supplier, Internet providerEquipes des prestataires / fournisseurs externes.
