Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician Location: Richmond, VA Job Type: Direct Hire Starting Pay: $34.67/hour, plus applicable shift differential; higher pay may be available depending on experience Training: 90 days on 1st shift before transitioning to a rotating 12-hour 2nd-shift schedule Job Overview We are seeking a Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment. This hands-on role involves mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and welding work to keep production equipment operating safely and reliably. The position includes a mix of equipment breakdown repairs, preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and reliability improvement activities.
