Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" - Supervise daily engineering operations and coordinate maintenance activities. - Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems. - Monitor work orders, maintenance schedules, and the Maximo system. - Ensure fire safety systems and hotel facilities operate efficiently and safely. - Coordinate external contractors and ensure compliance with hotel standards. - Supervise, train, and support the engineering team. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel procedures. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations. - Degree or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field. - Previous experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. - Familiarity with preventive maintenance and maintenance management systems. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Good command of English is an advantag Your team and working environment: Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
