Senior Solutions Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect based in Canada. The Senior Solutions Architect will play a key role in guiding technical sales engagements and designing solutions that address complex customer needs in a mission-critical technology environment. Working closely with B2B customers, you will lead technical discovery, present product capabilities, and translate business requirements into scalable API-based solutions and integrations. You will combine hands-on technical development with strategic customer advisory, building demos, prototypes, pilots, and proof-of-concept implementations. In close partnership with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Public Safety teams, you will help shape solutions that connect customer needs with product capabilities. This highly visible, customer-facing position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous technical challenges, building with AI tools, and developing trusted client relationships. Your work will contribute to technology designed to improve emergency response and help save lives.
