Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Quality Assurance Analyst to support a multi-year telecommunications infrastructure program focused on C-Band spectrum clearing. You will help ensure the accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness of critical project data and documentation supporting regulatory compliance and reimbursement requirements. The role combines Salesforce data management, document control, quality assurance, and workflow automation. You will develop structured documentation processes, maintain reliable records, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Working remotely on Eastern Time, you will collaborate with project managers, engineers, finance teams, procurement specialists, and vendors.
