Líder Técnico Sênior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Líder Técnico Sênior based in Brazil. We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to serve as the engineering reference for a development team, combining hands-on technical contribution with strategic decision-making. In this role, you will design robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures, primarily using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), while driving improvements in software engineering practices. You will guide the team through technical challenges, mentor developers, and promote high standards of code quality, testing, and delivery. You will also lead the evolution of DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and system observability. Working closely with technical leaders and business stakeholders, you will help translate product needs into effective architectural and technology decisions.
