Lead Recruiter -Global Talent Acquisition & HR Coordination

Our partner is looking for a Lead Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition & HR Coordination based in India . In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across international markets, supporting both technical and non-technical hiring needs within a globally distributed organization. You will manage recruitment priorities independently, develop sourcing strategies for specialized talent, and oversee hiring activities across multiple business entities. Working closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams, you will help ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes across diverse functions and geographies. You will also coordinate recruitment team performance, monitor hiring metrics, and strengthen processes through reporting, technology, and automation.
