Lead Data Analyst, Growth & Experimentation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Data Analyst, Growth & Experimentation based in Brazil. We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to take ownership of Growth analytics and experimentation across acquisition and conversion channels. This is an individual contributor role with significant influence on how experiments are designed, measured, and translated into business decisions. You will work closely with Growth leadership, performance marketing, and product managers to ensure experiments are statistically rigorous and deliver actionable insights. Your scope will span web funnels, SMS and email campaigns, sales-led initiatives, SEO experiments, and partner acquisition channels. You will also build a trusted acquisition-to-conversion funnel model and expand existing automation and AI-powered analytics capabilities. This is an opportunity to shape a growing analytics function, improve experimentation practices, and drive measurable conversion gains in a fully remote environment.
