Director, Global Regulatory & Compliance Operations

Our partner is looking for a Director, Global Regulatory & Compliance Operations based in the United States. The Director, Global Regulatory & Compliance Operations will lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide compliance program across multiple international jurisdictions. This strategic yet hands-on role will oversee regulatory obligations, corporate governance, data privacy, anti-corruption, AI governance, and information security compliance. You will transform complex regulatory requirements into practical policies, scalable processes, and effective internal controls. Working closely with executive leadership and teams across Legal, Finance, IT, Security, Product, Engineering, HR, and Commercial functions, you will strengthen organizational accountability and risk management. You will also establish consistent compliance reporting, audit readiness, and customer assurance processes.
