Director Product Manager | Payout

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the strategic development of critical commercial and financial platforms supporting a global partner ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee the product strategy for Salesforce and Payout, ensuring seamless commercial operations, financial accuracy, and scalable partner experiences. You will lead and develop a team of Senior Product Managers while driving innovation across payment systems, commercial workflows, and financial solutions. A key focus will be defining how Artificial Intelligence and automation can improve operational efficiency, payment integrity, and business growth. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business challenges into impactful product strategies.
