Contractor - Senior Full-Stack Python Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Python Engineer to help modernize critical business systems for a US-based healthcare benefits administrator. In this role, you will build new applications from the ground up using Django, Django REST Framework, React, and Microsoft Azure. You will take ownership of features across the entire development lifecycle, from database design and API architecture to user-facing interfaces. Working alongside engineering teams and client stakeholders, you will translate complex business rules into reliable, well-tested software. The projects involve integrations with claims administration platforms and enterprise data environments, where security, accuracy, and auditability are essential.
