Join a global business with a strong local presence. Rexel is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales team member to join our Moonah branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one. You will be an important part of our branch team, providing sales support, managing customer enquiries and keeping day-to-day administration running smoothly About the role - Deliver outstanding service to customers in person, over the phone and via email - Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, returns and customer enquiries accurately - Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing practical solutions - Proactively follow up quotations, orders and customer requests - Support branch administration and ensure customer records and transactions are maintained accurately - Work closely with the wider branch team to provide a seamless customer experience - Build your knowledge of our products, customers and the electrical industry - A genuine passion for customer service and building lasting relationships - Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with a diverse range of customers - Excellent administration skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities - A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach - Experience in internal sales, customer service, administration or a trade-related environment will be highly regarded - Electrical wholesale or industry experience is desirable, but not essential — we’ll support you with the training to succeedRexel is a leading global electrical wholesaler, with a strong Australian network and a commitment to helping our customers succeed.
